1About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Occlusion WorkFlows website, run by Dr. Yasser El-Hadari, and to everything you buy or access through it, including the Workflows Club, our courses, webinars and live sessions.

By creating an account, joining the Workflows Club or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and our privacy policy.

2What your membership includes

Your membership gives you access to the courses, webinars, live sessions and bonuses described on the Workflows Club page at the time you join. Where we offer lifetime access, it means access for as long as the Workflows Club and its courses are offered on this website.

3Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged by our third-party payment providers. Because our courses and memberships are digital content that you can access immediately, and because free lessons are available before you buy, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once access to the content has been granted. Please watch the free lessons and read the course details before you purchase. If you have a problem with your payment or your access, contact us and we will help you resolve it.

4Rules for using the content

To keep the learning space useful and fair for every member, you agree to the following.

• Keep your account personal. Your access is for you only. Do not share your login details or give other people access to the members area.
• Do not copy or redistribute. You may not record, copy, republish, resell or share the videos, handouts, slides or recordings in any form without written permission.
• Respect the community. Be respectful in live sessions and in any private group connected to the Club. Do not post patient identifying details, and remove anything that could identify a patient before you share a case.

We may remove access, without a refund, for members who share their account, redistribute the content or behave abusively after a reasonable warning, except where the behavior is serious enough to need immediate action.

5Educational use only

Our content is educational and is written for dental professionals. It does not replace your own clinical judgment, training or the regulations that apply where you practice, and we do not promise any particular clinical, professional or financial result.

6Intellectual property

All courses, videos, handouts, text, images, logos and other materials on this website belong to Occlusion WorkFlows and Dr. Yasser El-Hadari or are used with permission. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view them for your own learning.

7Third-party services

We use third-party services to run the website, take payments, send emails and host community groups, such as Telegram. These services have their own terms and policies, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their availability, content or actions. Joining a group on another platform is optional. We may change the tools or platforms we use to deliver the content when needed, and we will aim to keep your access to the content you paid for.

8Limitation of liability

We work to keep the website and your access available and accurate, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that arise from your use of the website or the content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that the claim relates to.

9Changes and contact
